Her work focuses on government relations, strategic communications, policy engagement, and capacity development, helping clients strengthen institutional positioning and advance investment initiatives within regulated sectors.
She contributes to the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies, policy communication frameworks, and high-level convenings that facilitate dialogue between the public sector, industry leaders, and development partners.
Hadiza brings experience from the energy and public sectors, including work in security and compliance aligned with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code at the Nigerian National Petroleum Company. She has also supported the coordination of national energy dialogues and industry forums, contributing to strategic policy discussions and cross-sector collaboration within Nigeria’s evolving energy landscape.
